Conditions When Measuring Existing Structure In March 2008

The Gateway Council Of Hostelling International, the local organization of Hostelling International, is currently working with the Old North St. Louis Restoration Group to explore the possibility of restoring and converting this structure into a Hostel for travelers.

Rudy Beuc III is currently the board secretary for the organization. Our firm measured up the existing facility and conducted a design study to see if the conversion would be compatable with the space needs a Hostel requires.
