This is to be a replacement of a garage that fronts a back alley. Space within the existing backyard is limited. We first proposed a carport with an enclosed storage area. The thought being that while the car was parked out in front of the house, the carport could be utilized as a shaded picnic or sitting area, thereby increasing usable yard space. |
