For this project we were asked to explore the possibility of converting an existing office building to a hotel. These are the renderings generated to illustrate the proposed design by our office.

Hannoush Jewelers was in the process of expanding their franchise and refinishing many of their existing stores. Our firm's principals are licensed in many states and were able to assist our clients in achieving their goals.

This was a single store project for an owner-operator. Previously the space was occupied by a clothing boutique. Our firm worked with the existing conditions, the equipment our client had on hand, the requirements a food service operation imposed on the existing space and the local permitting authorities to produce a solution that would get a new business up and running as expeditiously as possible.
